ESCORIAL is a real estate agency set up specifically to work within Portuguese laws. After having achieved success in the relevant studies and examinations, we have been issued both licences and are registered under AMI n.º 4740 and APEMIP n.º 4541. Our office is based in Portugal Midlands, approx 60 km from Coimbra. All our clients can therefore be confident that they are in qualified hands whether they are buying or selling.

For clients wishing to sell property, a signed mediation contract is required, together with all relevant official paperwork about the property. At this time we will discuss your property value and an appointment will be made to view your property and take photographs for marketing it.

For clients wishing to buy property, there are no fees payable to ESCORIAL! There will however be costs to the purchase, i.e: IMT (property tax), notary costs, lawyer’s fees and re-registration of the property in your name. ESCORIAL is very aware that advice will be needed through the entire purchasing process and is always ready to offer qualified help. Throughout the years, a close business relationship has evolved with many professionals around the area who have proved to be honest and reliable.
