In partnership with Semseo we are launching an online contact management system specifically for overseas property/real estate agents and developers. The system could be used by businesses in other industries but it has many features specifically designed for the international property industry.

The core system has been in constant use for 3 years and it has undergone many upgrades and enhancements. It is stable, reliable and it will continue to be developed and upgraded. This will be the first general release of this software as it has previously only been available when written/designed for a specific client; at far higher cost.

Licence Terms

We believe this will be one of the most affordable on-line contact management systems available and it could dramatically help your business to make more sales.

The price is based on the number of system users. Users can be in any geographical location, in one office or many offices. The minimum number of system users is just 1 so this software is very affordable to small businesses and independent agents. You also only pay for the system users you require so the license is very fair and easily scales to your business needs without any large jumps in cost.

The pricing model actually gets cheaper the more users you have on the system. For 50+ users you are only paying £1 per week per User!

It can be run on any PC with a Web Browser, Internet Explorer 6 or above is recommended.

You only pay for the users you need, that is you buy licenses per user based on the total number of users you have. The price per user reduces the more users you have.

The price levels are as follows:

There is no annual hosting/renewal fee.

There is a one-off £99 setup charge per Company (not per user).

Training can be provided for an extra cost. Training options are, for most users going to be: via telephone, email, and on-line chat sessions.

The system is designed to be easy to use and there is on-line documentation to help users with specific tasks. The majority of users who are simply entering and accessing contact records will not require training.

Existing Data Load

Existing data can usually be loaded into the system. Data loads can be complicated so estimating pricing is difficult. Please email support@property-partnership.com with details of your existing data. Basic information we need to know is:

  • Format the data can be provided in, for example, MS Access, SQL (or other) database, CSV, XML, spreadsheet data, etc.
  • What system or database the data is currently in.
  • Approximate number of contacts in the database.
