A few years ago the property prices were really cheap in Didim as there were no interest and no advertisement for Didim even this city has lovely long and clear beaches.
Today constraction sector is very big here and British people already bought 11 thousand properties in Didim. 8 thousand of properties are still being built and most of them are sold off plan.
In fact it is not too late as the prices are still understandable and Didim is still gettin bigger everyyear.Turkish Government stated Didim as the pilot region for improving tourism.It means there will be 5 star hotels and golf courts, restaurants soon. Yes, the prices will go up soon.
There are about 700 estate agencies in Didim, some of them are legal and some of them are not. So you need to be careful when buying a property.We all the time recommend you to have an inspection trip when buying an overseas property.
