The realization of BELA VISTA RESIDENTIAL was promoted in 2006 with the construction of the numerous country-houses with a total area of 350m2, with the highest level of finishing of which part of it we offer furnished with the Italian design.

Attached to these there are two touristic structures: one is reserved for restaurant, pizza-place and a pub named «L’Abero», with its original architectonic and furniture structure particularly indicated for ceremony and evening entertainment.

Another one is a big re-establishment centre with three floors for the hotel with twenty four rooms and two suites, a big swimming-pool and a big esplanade ideal for musical concert and formal nights.

The swimming-pool besides having a solarium around it, is endowed with electric installation for water-heating so it can give the opportunities for those less courageous to dive peacefully at night-time followed by a warm shower.

In this centre you can’t miss the SPA for the physic-regeneration: with therapeutic-massages, gymnasium and with a specialist at aesthetic treatment for the body.

At this swimming-pool –Hotel- Complex is in the arrangement for the construction of an annex with many other rooms and suites endowed with all the comforts.

With the wonderful view that the residential usufruct of which completely dominate the city of Mindelo with its marvelous bay which turns it into an exclusive place for the continual goal of the touristic and delegations either for the economic or political world.

Because of its altitude the climate is constantly dry and lightly windy making it pleasurable for the staying in any time of the day.

To the safety of the residents we’ve provided the constant vigilance for the entire complex, particularly over those two main roads.

The inter-roads are wide with a small paved square-garden ornamented; on the other hand the access road is also paved.
