Ravda Dream Resort is the first of four developments been built under the Sunny Beach Property Developments banner, meaning owners on one development can use the facilities on all four resorts.

Situated in the town of Ravda, a few kilometres South of Sunny Beach on The Black Sea Coast. The resort borders Nessebar and is located just off the main link road to Bourgas International Airport (twenty minute drive). The town offers a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a number of beautiful, sandy beaches with calm, warm water.

The development is located on the Southern edge of Ravda; with a slightly elevated position ensuring a number of apartments have sea views. The main town is less than fifteen minutes walk time away and the beach only ten minutes.

Accommodation comes in the form of one and two bedroom apartments. Every apartment has a fully fitted kitchen and fully fitted bathroom as well as balconies / terraces. Every apartment will be finished internally with tiled flooring, tiled-painted walls and light-electrical fittings. Furniture packs will be available on completion.

Area Information
The resort of Sunny Beach and its neighbours Ravda and Saint Vlas offer holiday makers everything they would find in the better known coastal resorts in Spain, but at a much lower price. The resorts are very family orientated, with numerous activities for the children such as fun fairs, crazy golf, water activities, two water parks and beach games. The resorts themselves focus a great deal on the beach front, making front line apartments noisy, but second and third line apartments highly desirable. There is an International Airport approximately 45 minutes drive from the resort.

Evenings in resorts are lively enough to entertain young adults and couples, but safe enough for families to wander freely. There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars as well as numerous casinos. From a British point of view, the vast majority of staff members speak English even though the majority of holiday makers are Dutch, German, Russian, Swedish and Irish. All menus are multi lingual and therefore suitable for all visitors.
